The Phillipsburg High School football team put in a balanced performance Friday night and did just enough to leave West Orange with a win.
The Stateliners scored in all three phases of play with one touchdown on offense, defense and special teams, though the scores happened in the opposite order, to knock off the Mountaineers 21-14 at Suriano Stadium in a cross-conference matchup.
